Thank you so much for your note and it sounds like God is using you in a mighty way! Your book and web site will be very beneficial to Emergency (Pandemic Preparedness) so we will look forward to hearing more about your work and the material you have written.

I have registered you as a user on the site. I am still learning about this site so we will be experimenting together.

For now, however, I wanted to welcome you and introduce myself - Marg Pollon. I live in Calgary, AB Canada and have been engaged in mobilizing the church for Pandemic Preparedness for two years, after being introduced to this topic by Dr. Tim Foggin. It has been a very interesting/exciting journey...and God is opening doors and paving the way in His time and for His Glory.

I will look forward to further dialogue Ted.

Blessings,
Marg

Thanks for what you are doing. I would appreciate your prayers Friday morning at 8am as I meet with the CIO of the City of Philadelphia along with the Chief Technical Officer for Fox Chase Cancer Center. I believe the Lord has brought us together for His purpose. This will be our first meeting to brainstorm over ways we can make "Prepared to be a blessing" happen. There are lots of political and practical challenges, certainly not anything that God can not handle. One of the key items to work through is ownership of the data and technical infrastructure. It is my position that it should reside within a Christian University to support future research. I have been forming relationships within Eastern University for this purpose. Te other approach is to setup a separate non-profit. Thank you for your prayers.

Good to hear from you Ted. Yes, I will be praying for your meeting in the morning. Many challenges ahead for us all, but I know that God is in control.

Blessings,
Marg
